After having been pursued several interesting lines of work over the years, I have settled into the world of health information management (HIM) which affords me the opportunity to do what I love each day. I currently work for Abington Health in Southeastern Pennsylvania in the Clinical Information Services department. I work closely with hospital leaders in a variety of positions to improve routine processes, build and maintain meaningful reporting tools and generally work to reduce and eliminate issues surrounding the coding and/or billing of medical records.
